SkoolTime acquired by Kabulu Development Foundation (KADEF)

SkoolTime announces that Kabulu Development Foundation (KADEF) has acquired the SkoolTime platform. The permanent acquisition took effect and was completed on 12 October 2026.

This announcement reflects the ownership recorded in KADEF's Board resolution KADEF/BOT/RES/2026/EM/02.

A new chapter under KADEF ownership

SkoolTime is now owned by Kabulu Development Foundation (KADEF). The acquisition covers the transferable SkoolTime software rights, product identity, domain and associated infrastructure and administrative controls identified in the acquisition record.

SkoolTime's public website and workspace ownership credits now reflect KADEF's ownership.

Connecting school operations, teaching and families

SkoolTime brings school administration, admissions, learner records, attendance, assessments, results, school fee workflows and family communication together within a school operating system.

Its education tools include school workspaces, the Companion App for staff and parents, the SkoolTime Partner Network, and offline tools that support school work when connectivity is limited.

Under KADEF ownership, SkoolTime continues its work serving schools, educators, learners and families.

What this announcement means

This is an announcement of completed institutional ownership. Existing third-party rights remain subject to their applicable terms, as recognised in the acquisition resolution.

Schools, parents, staff and partners can continue to use the established SkoolTime website and access points. This announcement does not introduce new subscription prices or change account credentials.
